Design for festive decorations

Design for the left-hand half of a festive decoration(?): a portal is outlined along with a central passageway, ending on the left in a volute with a vase; a floor has been drawn over the full width of the passageway with, in the middle, a window and, to the left of that, a decorative piece; above that, a man and a woman are sitting (in a window?). To the left of this passageway, on the ground- and first floors, a window is outlined in pencil.
