Two designs for a pyx (?)

Two designs for a pyx (?) next to each other; the design on the left is ribbed, but the one on the right is not; both have a lid in the form of a crown with a cross on top. The two designs are connected by an ornamental letter that is applied (maybe later?) in sanguine.
